The product guarantee is provided to organisations with active business in the past 2 years and whose business is registered in Hong Kong or Singapore.

The product guarantee is provided to the first 30 AP Lens customers that will register under the program before March 31 2022.

The product guarantee is provided to small and medium businesses, defined as commercial entities with less than 200 employees in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Should the company be attacked by ransomware, they will need to immediately engage a professional forensic firm for investigation. The product guarantee will be paid to the professional forensic firm by Hoplite Technology Limited.

All software installed on AP Lens protected devices must maintain a valid and paid license.

All company device MUST always enable AP Lens protection and MUST NOT disable AP Lens protection without first notifying Hoplite Security Team.

When AP Lens protection is found disabled or not effective or malfunction on any device within scope, the Company MUST notify Hoplite Security team within 3 hours.

The product guarantee is only applicable to ransomware attack on company devices. It does not include personal devices which are not registered on company asset inventory.

The product guarantee is only applicable to ransomware attack on Windows 10 or above, MacOS 11 or above, iOS 15 or above and Android OS v11 or above. Network storage devices, Windows Servers and Linux systems are excluded.

Companies whose business involves gambling, adult contents, crypto assets, military, cybersecurity and cloud computing are excluded.

Company with self hosting email servers, file server and web servers MUST follow industry security standards on the server setup.
